<description><![CDATA[<p>Good story.  I always suspected there was too much of an element of "practice" in these tests.  I remember in College we would sometimes shoot hoops after having some drinks, and we shot free throws at very close to the same success rate as when sober, because we'd all shot so many free throws before.  It was just a matter of adjusting a little for the drunkenness, which wasn't all that much harder than adjusting for a strong wind on the playground.</p>]]></description>
