<description><![CDATA[<p>Excellent commentary on pointing out the State's goal in removing retrograde extrapolation and making it easier for Texas to convict its citizens.  Of course, the real problem is that we all know alcohol concentrations fall at a rate of approximately .015-.020 per hour, so it's entirely possible for someone not to be per se intoxicated and still get tagged with a DWI.</p>]]></description>
