I have handled many refusal cases involving forced blodd draws, in nearly every case the officer will put the person down as uncooperative with regard to the blood test, however the person submits to every other request, fst's etc.

lol, that officer would suffer a great headache the next morning if he tried to stick me without my approval. This is America jack. Payback is hell.

I suspect Ken Gibson meant the risk of HIV infection, not AIDS. Nearly three decades later since the beginning of the pandemic and learned individuals with advanced degrees still do not know the difference. What a sad indictment of the legal profession.
