I am not an lawyer, but I am doing my homework because the lawyer I hired just does not want to do his job. So, with that I am looking for anything thing I can to help my case. I was arrested for a dwi, refused to blow and possession of a dangerous substance. Which will be dismissed becuase I have the Rx for the meds and they were actually in my car at the time of my arrest but the officers would not listen to me. I need any kind of help. This occured in Galveson County , TX. In a small town/city so they saw now , but I have run into what is called, "the good old boy system." So, please let me know what is wrong with this doc. filed, and or any other info. that might help me. Thanks

Thanks for the link. Humpty and Alice have a great conversation on words.

'When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in a rather scornful tone,' it means just what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less.'

'The question is,' said Alice, 'whether you can make words mean so many different things.'

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master - that's all.'
