<description><![CDATA[<p>I was stopped a year ago for a traffic violation which is not even entirely clear to me.  The stopping officer took my license and insurance to her vehicle and after chatting for awhile she gave my documents back to me and dismissed me.  I was still in my car when another patrol car appeared and this officer decided to put me through Field Sobriety Tests.  I failed those according to him, but I took a breathalyzer test and past with a .05.  I was arrested anyway.  My question is on what basis would the second officer have for putting me through the tests.</p>]]></description>
