<description><![CDATA[<p>The other weekend I was arrested for a DWI in Williamson county. The arresting officer gave me a DIC-24 and a DIC 25 before my release from jail. Well, a week later I was driving back to work from lunch and was stopped for a speeding ticket. The issuing officer issued me a citation for #1 speeding and #2 Not able to display a Drivers License. Well, I showed him my paperowrk (24,25) and he stated that I am supposed to have another piece of paper that is a temporary drivers permit. Well, I got in contact with my DWI arresting officer and she tried to talk with this ticket issuing officer. Well, apparently she states that by texas law that is all I need and he states that I need something else in addition to those pieces of paper. Well, he will not remove the charge and she advised me to get in contact with his Sergeant. Well, I have been trying to do that but have had no luck. Which of the two is right? </p>]]></description>
