<description><![CDATA[<p>i was just pulled over the other for not signaling soon enough for a turn the officer was suspicious had me get out moved a pencil back and forth   took my pulse it was 120 he gave me various tests asked if i was on any drugs i was not the breathalyzer showed zero took my pulse again and again 120 he was very persistent about drugs my question is what does me following the pencil suppose to prove?  </p>]]></description>
