<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi,<br />
I was convicted of DWI in 1989 and 1991.  I was arrested for DWI, but blew a 00.  I took a urine test and propoxyphene was detected.  I have taken it for years with no issue.  I was extremely tired when I made a turn into oncoming traffic, but I went to the median.  They found the first 2 and decided I must be drunk.</p>]]></description>
