<description><![CDATA[<p>Love your blog but I think something was a bit unclear here. Unless I'm wrong, CCP 42.12 Sec.5 still has the loophole to allow for deferred adjudication for the offense of DWI w/ Child. (Certainly, that option will be legislatively abolished one of these days.) But, for now, I can still get that offer on occasion up here in North Texas. </p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>You need to get an experienced Lawyer right away. That's all their is to it. You must realize that this is a Felony Charge and depending on his circumstances this could get very very ugly their are things they could add on to the charge and you not know it until trial day! You need to get a Lawyer that knows what He's/She's doing and do it fast. If you don't you will get blind sided by the Prosicuting Lawyer and end up spending alot more fighting this than you thought. And whatever you choose to do their are a few things you may concider #1) put all of your Social Networking sites on the most Private setting you can #2)AA meetings Sign get someone to sign the paper work Verify Verify Verify...Take my advice.</p>]]></description>
