<description><![CDATA[<p>I recently got a DWI, first offense, and refused the breathalyzer.  Still, they took a blood specimen.  I would like to know how long it normally takes to get the results of said bloodtest back.  This happened exactly two months ago, and I am not going to get a lawyer since I will not be above the legal limit of .08.  This happened in Gregg County.  I would like to know what I need to do to get the ball rolling on this, short of spending 3,000 dollars for a lawyer just to get the case overturned.</p>]]></description>
