i live in Carrollton Texas. i drank a few beers in a 6 hour period(6 pack) my girlfriend threatened to call the police if i left the house. (shes done this before)i went to the store to get ciggs leaving the store(distance is 1/10 of a mile i turned into my neighborhood went down the road and i saw red lights but no headlight on me. i pulled over removed my keys and waited a good 15 secs or so.police pulled up and said they got a call from dispatch cause my girlfriend called them. in your opinion.did they have a right to do this?i wasnt pulled over for eract driving.it was from a phone call. the officers stated in the report they followed me around a few blocks ..i was on my street where i live and i was hurrying to get home to use the bathroom.... i waited on the police the street is very narrow ,wide enough for one way traffic because people park in front of their houses )and i used the restroom in my pants. why would i drive around when i had an emergency to get home and use the bathroom
