It's after midnight. An intoxicated driver has a single-car accident and his disabled car is partially in the road. Ten minutes later, a motorcyclist who witnesses say was doing a 'wheelie' slams into the disabled car.

Can/should the car's driver be charged with intoxication manslaughter?
